As part of their unit on Biomes, 8th grade science classes took a “Google Expedition” to Grand Teton National Park in Wyoming. Using the Virtual Reality Goggles, Students hiked through a grove of Aspens, crossed Taggart Creek into an old growth stand of Log Pole Pines and concluded the 3.5 mile hike at Taggart Lake. This Virtual Field Trip helped students see and understand the interaction between living and non-living elements in this particular mountain
